Opening times

Core Opening hours – 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday

We would like to inform our patients of a change to our service provision during the final 30 minutes of our core operating hours. To ensure that patients continue to have access to appropriate care during this time, the Practice will offer alternative arrangements for care between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, by telephone  01642 944229 and from the Ravenscar Surgery. 

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

In addition to your usual practice opening times, appointments will be made available for patients to book Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.These appointments will only be available for patients of Redcar Coastal Primary Care Network member practices, which are:

• Coatham Surgery
• Greenhouse Surgery
• Huntcliff Surgery
• Saltscar Surgery
• Ravenscar Surgery
• Zetland Medical Practice

You can book an appointment through your GP surgery or online up to two weeks in advance.  The NHS 111 service may also book for you. The service (known as Enhanced Access) will be provided by ELM Alliance from Bentley Medical Practice (Redcar Primary Care Hospital).
